Scope of Services. Through this Site, Castro Home Pro markets and arranges Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Whole Home Remodeling, Custom Home Building, Home Addition, Basement Finishing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://castrohomeprohighpoint.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Castro Home Pro or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castro Home Pro's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Castro Home Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Castro Home Pro from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NC for any related dispute.
